Terms of Service

1. The Service

AgentForge is a web service operated by sciscale studio that converts plain-English software requests into structured prompts for AI coding tools. By using AgentForge you agree to these Terms.

2. Account & access

Anonymous use is permitted at the limits shown on the Pricing page. Signing in (via passwordless email authentication) unlocks higher Free limits and Pro features. You are responsible for keeping the email account associated with your AgentForge account secure.

3. Pricing & billing

Current pricing is shown on the Pricing page. Pro subscriptions are billed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, who handle payment processing, taxes, and invoicing. Cancel any time via your Lemon Squeezy receipt — access continues until the end of the current billing cycle. All sales are final; we provide a substantial Free tier so you can evaluate AgentForge before subscribing. Applicable statutory consumer rights (e.g., the EU 14-day withdrawal period for digital services not yet rendered) are not affected and are handled at checkout by Lemon Squeezy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, attempt to extract our proprietary engines or training data, bypass rate limits via automation or multiple accounts, or resell the Service as a competing product. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these or that we reasonably believe pose a security risk.

5. Ownership

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and the outputs you copy. AgentForge retains ownership of the platform, the Quality Engine, the calibration data, and all source code.

6. Service availability & liability

The Service is provided "as-is" without warranty. Generated prompts should be reviewed before use in production code. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination & changes

Either party may terminate at any time. We may update these Terms occasionally; material changes will be announced via the email tied to your account. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
