1. What we collect

• Email address (only if you sign up).
• A small amount of network data and a browser identifier used to enforce daily generation limits.
• Prompts you submit. For Pro accounts, a personal history of recent prompts is stored so you can re-copy them; for Free and anonymous use, prompts are not retained.
• Locale and basic preference data needed to operate the Service.

2. How we use it

We use this data to operate the Service, contact you about your account, and inform product decisions through aggregate, de-identified usage statistics. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use your prompts to train any model.

3. Third parties

We use a small number of service providers to run the Service:

• Lemon Squeezy — our Merchant of Record for Pro subscriptions. They handle payment processing, taxes, and invoicing. Your card details are stored by Lemon Squeezy, not by us.
• Third-party AI service providers process your prompts in transit to generate the structured output. We do not log, store, or share your prompts with these providers beyond what is required to fulfil the request.
• A network/edge provider routes traffic to our servers and provides standard abuse protection.

These providers operate under their own privacy policies.

4. Cookies

We use only strictly-necessary cookies — for authentication, rate-limit enforcement, and remembering your locale preference. No advertising cookies, no third-party tracking.

5. Data retention

Free and anonymous prompts are not retained. Pro history is kept for the lifetime of your account or until you request deletion. Account data is kept until you request deletion.

6. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You can request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account and associated data. Email [email protected] from the address tied to your account; we respond within 30 days.

7. Security & changes

Traffic is encrypted in transit. We notify affected users within 72 hours of any incident involving their personal data. Material changes to this Policy are announced via email.
